Education:
High School Diploma, Completion of College, Vocational or Technical Training
Credentials (certificated, licenses, etc.):
Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License (AME) - E
Experience:
Strong working knowledge of aircraft manuals and aviation vocabulary
Planning Experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
GANT Charts an asset
Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English
Main Responsibility:
The AME - E reports directly to the PRM. The duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform work including checks and verifications in accordance with the work order, quality procedures and check-lists
- Recertify altimeters, recertify ELT's
- Perform major/minor Mod installations
- Perform aircraft line maintenance and testing
- Record work performed and discrepancies in accordance with company procedures
- Perform maintenance of aircraft as directed by the Avionics Supervisor
- Quote each request of the department as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned
