Engineering Degree


Experience:

Minimum: Graduate of University Engineering Program


Certification/Training:

In addition to holding an engineering degree, the employee agrees to outside training deemed appropriate for enhancement of skills.


Responsibilities:

The Aerospace Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager. In the event of temporary absence, the duties may be reassigned by the Engineering Manager to another senior person meeting the requirements above. The duties include but are not limited to:


  •  » Complete computer based engineering drawings on Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor 3D Modeling.
  •  » Assist in design, improvement, material choices, techniques, formulae, and processes in our Maintenance Department.
  •  » Assist in the preparation of certification documents including compliance programs.
  •  » Ensure compliance with CAR's, FAR's and creation of corresponding statements of compliance.
  •  » Creation of Engineering orders.
  •  » Structural and Electrical analysis including software knowledge and applicable report generation.
  •  » Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
